Requirements for an internship at Henkel

We offer internships in many fields of study such as Marketing, Finance/Controlling, Human Resources, IT, Logistics, Supply Chain, Purchasing, Production, Research & Development, and Sales. In North America we prefer that you have completed some courses in your area of major study (rising junior/senior year). You should also be proficient with MS Office applications. Previous practical or international experience - either through studies abroad or previous internship experience is considered very desirable.

In addition, Henkel appreciates students that are driven to succeed. You should possess a high degree of personal commitment and initiative as well as analytical and conceptual skills. We look for candidates who prefer challenging goals, handle stressful situations well and are team players. Apart from that, you should be available to spend 10-12 weeks for a summer internship and 3 - 6 months for an internship if you are accepted for a co-op program, work study program or are on an international internship program.
